Junior Analyst Cruise Product Operations
Job Description
The Junior Analyst, Cruise Product Operations ensures the technical integrity and availability of the cruise and travel portfolio across operations, finance, marketing, and technology to support accurate rates and a smooth booking experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain full cruise packages and promotional pricing within the Paisly ecosystem.
- Oversee the Cruise CMS to update cruise pods and ensure pricing accuracy across the site.
- Load cruise rates, promotions, contract extensions, and rate revisions with precise accuracy.
- Monitor inventory availability and proactively raise discrepancies to the cross-functional team.
- Support onboarding of new partners, translating contract details into usable rate pages.
- Provide onboarding assets to partners and internal teams, including FAQs and contract links.
- Configure and manage partner access to internal portals and tools.
- Coordinate partner trainings with the Operations team to share updates on promotions, products, and processes.
- Assist Support teams with technical analysis and troubleshooting.
- Identify and open technical tickets with the Technology group to resolve website glitches, iSell and iSell Connect issues, and rate inaccuracies.
- Collaborate with Marketing to refresh pages and ensure promotions align with live product.
- Maintain the Interline Rates Sheet and keep SharePoint tasks, Outlook logs, and image assets current.
- Conduct audits to guarantee 100 percent accuracy of documents, reports, and reservations before going live to customers.
- Additional duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree; OR four years of relevant work experience with a High School Diploma/GED.
- Minimum one year of analytical or CMS experience.
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze information and make determinations per company guidelines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude in a high-pressure team environment.
- Available for occasional overnight travel up to 10%.
- Successful completion of a ten-year background check.
- Legal eligibility to work in the country where the position is located.
- Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
