Lead Product Manager
Job Description
The Digital Experiences Technology team at Disney Experiences is seeking a Lead Product Manager to set product direction and drive execution for digital initiatives. This role will lead roadmap delivery across cross-functional partners, with a specific focus on co-branded credit card programs spanning multiple brands and improving acquisition and retention through web and mobile experiences.
Role Overview
As a Lead Product Manager, you will own the product vision and translate customer and business needs into requirements and user stories. You will define and track key performance metrics, identify opportunities for optimization, and guide continuous improvement across the full product delivery process.
Responsibilities
- Own product vision and roadmap execution across the end-to-end product delivery process.
- Lead requirement gathering, user story creation, prioritization, and delivery with cross-functional teams, while maintaining consistent communication with peers, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate product performance and surface optimization opportunities that support ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and cross-functional collaboration, including product, engineering, and creative services.
- Partner with Engineering and QA to deliver product releases and updates, supporting timely and smooth deployments.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
- Act as an advocate for your products internally and externally, helping stakeholders and customers understand features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Conduct market research to assess industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Mentor and guide junior team members by modeling best practices and high-quality work outputs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience.
- Ability to create high-level, polished presentations for executive audiences (with Manager oversight).
- Proficiency with Agile software development methodology and tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
- Proven success launching and scaling products.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate product discovery, decision-making, and execution.
- Capability to translate customer and business needs into requirements and user stories.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile, collaborative environment.
- Data and hypothesis-driven approach, with flexibility to adapt business and technical thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with consumer-facing services.
- Experience in hospitality and/or technology industries.
- Experience with Content Management Systems.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
- Familiarity with design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with DevOps and test automation principles.
Education
- Required: Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred: Master’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: USD 148,300 - 198,800 per year.
- A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
