Lead Product Manager
Job Description
Join UKG and help build a worker-facing experience that feels native inside the UKG Pro app. This hybrid role focuses on turning partner services into a lovable, seamless journey through the Frontline Worker Network, with clear ownership of growth, experimentation, and measurable conversion outcomes. You will work as a lead-level individual contributor, reporting to the Principal Product Manager for the Frontline Worker Network product team.
What you’ll do
- Own the end-to-end worker experience for one or more categories in the Frontline Worker Network, partnering with category and partner teams to shape a lovable, in-flow experience inside UKG Pro.
- Run conversion funnel growth for each category, treating awareness through ongoing engagement as a consumer-style growth funnel: awareness, placement, eligibility and consent, onboarding, activation, and ongoing engagement.
- Drive category growth metrics including impressions, click-through, enrollment, activation, and retention. Set targets, run experiments, and iterate based on results.
- Design and operate structured experimentation (A/B and multivariate tests) across placement, messaging, timing, and onboarding flows in partnership with engineering, design, and data science.
- Turn platform standards into category-ready execution by translating eligibility, consent, and placement requirements into workflows and acceptance criteria for a polished, specific category experience.
- Coordinate with service partners across product and marketing to align on experience design, co-branding, and handoff points between UKG-owned and partner-owned surfaces.
- Ship through surfaces you don’t own by working closely with UKG Pro product and engineering teams to land placement, prioritization, and design changes through their roadmap and release cadence.
- Use research and data to continuously improve the experience, leveraging customer insight, usability testing, and funnel analytics.
- Report performance against targets tied to conversion and revenue, and feed learnings back into platform placement and recommendation logic.
- Accelerate iteration with AI-assisted tooling to support experiment design, data analysis, and content or UX iteration.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 6+ years of product management experience, including direct ownership of a conversion funnel or growth loop for a consumer-facing or consumer-grade product
- Hands-on experience with structured experimentation, including A/B testing to improve activation, conversion, or engagement
- Proven ability to deliver without formal authority, including shipping via surfaces or platforms owned by other teams
- Experience working with external partners where a partner’s service is delivered as part of the end-user experience
- Strong in-product experience craft for placement, messaging, onboarding flows, and reducing friction
- Comfort with data, including defining funnel metrics and using analytics to prioritize
- Excellent communication to clearly present experience and experimentation decisions to both design-minded and data-minded partners
