Salary: USD 164,800 - 188,100 per year

Responsibilities
- Work within the omni channel servicing portfolio to shape an experience framework for customer interactions in both digital and human assisted channels
- Collaborate closely with customers, teammates, designers, technologists, and data scientists to design and test advanced solutions
- Lead bold, evidence driven change by starting small, running experiments, and iterating toward meaningful improvements
- Convey product thinking through clear storytelling that demonstrates how software can elevate problem solving and customer outcomes
- Foster a collaborative ecosystem by building the right tools, leveraging off the shelf products, and enabling self service capabilities
- Prioritize problems and deliver on the right challenges to maximize impact
- As part of the Payment Platforms Product team, drive adoption, scale, and standardization of payment experiences. Work with partners across the organization to redefine how millions of customers interact with their money, using real time data and modern technology to achieve game changing results
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding one of the following: a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (examples include Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative discipline), or a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
- Bachelor's degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience
