Night Shift Product Operations Educator
Job Description
Support a high-touch guest experience overnight by combining product education, operational accuracy, and store readiness.
Responsibilities
- Engage with guests to deliver a great guest experience while respecting guests’ time
- Assess guest needs to provide tailored purchase and return solutions
- Deliver technical product education by explaining product value and benefits
- Support end-to-end guest experience through accurate, timely guest transactions
- Execute market-relevant omnichannel programs (for example: buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, and ship from store) per company standards
- Move dynamically on the sales floor to continuously engage and respond to guest or store needs
- Collect guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action and “make it right”
- Help maintain a respectful and inclusive environment by welcoming and celebrating differences
- Build supportive working relationships with team members and collaborate to support guest experience and store operations
- Complete product presentation tasks per company standards (restock/deplete items on the floor, destock or relocate items, and return items to place)
- Use in-store technology to support store operations and improve guest experience
- Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain the store’s luxury environment
- Follow people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Work in accordance with applicable company policies, procedures, and laws or regulations
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
- 18 years of age or older
- Proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to associated local legislative requirements (EMEA only)
- Ability to travel to the assigned store using own transportation methods
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music
- Willingness to move through the store for most of the shift to assist guests and complete work
- Ability to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg)
- Comfort working both as part of a team and independently on assigned tasks

Compensation
- Base pay range: $18.00 to $20.71/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location
- Target bonus: $2.00/hour
- Total target base pay range: $20.00 to $22.71/hour
- Compensation grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy recognizing exceptional individual and team performance
- Base pay depends on market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity
- Eligible for a competitive bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements
Location: Richmond, VA (onsite)
Schedule: Night shift with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay: USD 18 - 22 per hourly
