Responsibilities

• Own the end to end product vision and multi year strategy for data and AI agent platforms to boost internal efficiency across the Ring, Blink, Key, and Sidewalk ecosystems.
• Translate customer and market signals into bold product bets, identifying where AI agent capabilities unlock scalable value.
• Steer architectural decisions and tradeoffs for large scale AI platforms, partnering with engineering to align design with product goals.
• Define and prioritize roadmaps across multiple quarters, turning ambiguous problems into clear requirements, metrics, and measurable outcomes.
• Influence senior leadership and cross organization partners to build shared conviction for investments beyond boundaries.
• Incorporate AI native practices into development, using AI agents and automation as core tools in research, prototyping, validation, and delivery.
• Establish product excellence mechanisms, including experimentation frameworks, customer feedback loops, and data driven decision making that raise performance across teams.
• Mentor and develop teammates to raise technical, product, and AI fluency across the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Experience delivering features and managing tradeoffs within a product context
• Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience leading end to end product delivery
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and product strategy
• Experience with AI and ML technologies, including AI development IDEs, agent frameworks, LLMs, RAG systems, model serving infrastructure, or data platforms at scale
• Experience collaborating directly with engineers on product enhancements
• Experience with project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
• Experience building or operating AI native tooling, automations, or workflows that improved team effectiveness
• Software development experience or a technical degree (CS, Engineering, or related field)
• Track record of influencing org wide strategy and driving alignment across senior stakeholders without direct authority
