Principal Product Manager

As part of our team, you will work with diverse stakeholders to shape Licensing Technology within Consumer Products and drive multi-year strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Architect Strategic Vision: Define and champion a multi-year vision and long-term roadmap for Licensing Technology in Consumer Products, influencing strategy and investment decisions across Experiences.
• Define Ecosystem Success: Establish and promote comprehensive success metrics for the full product ecosystem, fostering a data driven approach to optimization, experimentation, and ongoing improvement at a strategic level.
• End-to-End Product Ownership and Delivery: Lead the complete lifecycle of mission critical Consumer Products offerings, from ideation and requirements to delivery for the most complex systems to maximize business value.
• Lead Portfolio Prioritization: Steer portfolio level prioritization, navigate trade-offs, manage cross initiative dependencies, and align stakeholders to key strategic outcomes.
• Cultivate Executive Relationships: Build and leverage relationships with executives across product, engineering, data, design, commercial, and customer support to serve as a trusted advisor and consensus builder.
• Strategic Governance: Translate global finance, revenue accounting, and AI goals into a high level technology roadmap, negotiating priorities to balance innovation with fiscal integrity.
• Change Management & Adoption: Oversee global launches and change management for next generation features, including training programs to drive adoption across regions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience, including at least 5+ years in a Senior or Lead role delivering end-to-end, enterprise-grade software.
• Proven track record of shaping strategy, launching, and scaling multiple complex products or large platforms via multi-year roadmaps with global business impact.
• 2+ years of direct experience developing and deploying custom AI solutions using LLMs to automate processes or improve outcomes in enterprise settings.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous customer and business needs into well-defined, scalable product strategies and actionable documentation.
• Expert-level experience with integrated accounting and finance applications including revenue, forecasting, and ERP systems.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of influencing executive stakeholders and technical leadership across all levels.
• Proven leadership presence with the ability to mentor, inspire, and guide product managers, influencing without direct authority.
• Track record of fostering a data driven culture using analytics and experimentation to inform strategic decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum and the ability to lead cross functional teams in a dynamic environment.
