Role overview
As Principal Product Manager - Tech, International Grocery CX, you will convert detailed local grocery intelligence into inputs that shape worldwide CX priorities. You will champion international parity and drive the timely delivery of CX features across markets, ensuring regional nuances inform the global roadmap from day one.
Responsibilities
- Translate deep regional shopper insights into global actions, surfacing international needs and feeding them into the worldwide CX roadmap.
- Guarantee that proven CX features are delivered to international customers with the appropriate quality and speed, guiding the global plan with international requirements.
- Ensure international grocery customers experience parity or improvements relative to other markets, embedding international considerations from the outset of major CX initiatives.
- Represent international grocery customers by turning local insights into actionable inputs and guiding global CX efforts with locally informed execution and measurable impact.
- Own the international operationalization of core and proven CX features by collaborating with country teams and technical leaders to maintain quality and pace.
- Advocate for global parity by monitoring central roadmaps and preventing international customers from being underserved or treated as secondary.
- Establish and codify mechanisms with key leaders to ensure feature parity, partnering with regional teams to inspect and improve local CX execution and impact.
Requirements
- MBA, or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
- 10+ years of product management or related experience in technical products or services
- 5+ years leading teams of product managers or technical leaders (direct or distributed)
- Proven track record delivering global infrastructure and AI services
- Strong technical depth with the ability to participate in architectural discussions with engineering teams
- Proven ability to drive innovation while maintaining operational excellence
