Product Design Lead, Manager level

Responsibilities

• Blend design craft with leadership to understand user needs and business goals, co‑creating innovative solutions and shaping product strategy.
• Product Design Expertise: Show high proficiency across interaction, visual, and service design; partner with cross functional teams to select tools, platforms, frameworks, and design systems; produce artifacts such as journey maps, blueprints, high fidelity designs, and prototypes.
• Leadership: Guide design projects, assign work to junior designers, build strong partnerships with stakeholders, and mentor to mature the overall product design practice.
• Human Centered: Balance partner needs with customer‑centered thinking, applying critical thinking that weighs data, research insights, scalability, and technical constraints.
• Business Focus: Translate customer, competitor, and market insights into business challenges to align a shared viewpoint for the team and stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Leverage knowledge of tech, data capabilities, and emerging technologies to inform work and help cross‑functional teams move faster while navigating constraints.
• Collaboration: Foster cross‑line partnerships to share solutions, integrating diverse perspectives to guide product strategy.
• Communication: Present work to varied audiences with a human‑centered approach, integrating design frameworks, data, and research to inform strategic decisions at senior levels.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Product Design role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with design and prototyping tools, including Figma.
