The company has an immediate opening for a Shading Solutions Product Manager in Coopersburg, PA. In this position, you will be a central coordinator within the Shades Product Management team, steering development, launch, and portfolio plans while ensuring cross-functional alignment and efficient product delivery. You will translate strategy into action, shepherd initiatives from concept through market introduction, support lifecycle management, and continually enhance portfolio performance. Responsibilities
- Direct the execution of development plans aligned to strategic objectives and timelines
- Define and uphold the product vision, strategy, and a multi-year roadmap
- Manage portfolio plans across the full product lifecycle
- Translate strategy into requirements, user stories, and development deliverables
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and commercial teams to drive execution
- Coordinate go-to-market planning, launch readiness, and cross-functional alignment
- Provide market, customer, and competitive insights to inform product decisions
- Conduct customer and market research to identify unmet needs and opportunities
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Manage products from concept through launch, optimization, and sunsetting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 10+ years of professional work experience
- 5+ years of experience in product management, new product development, or go-to-market execution
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
- Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle, including technical or SaaS products
- Ability to work onsite in Coopersburg, PA
- Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically
