Job Description

Taazaa, LLC is hiring for an onsite Product Manager in Hudson, Ohio. The role offers a salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year and centers on steering products from discovery through launch and ongoing refinement with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will collaborate with clients, UX designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define MVPs, craft a clear product narrative, and deliver value to users and the business.

Responsibilities

  • Steer the product discovery process in collaboration with clients and key stakeholders
  • Translate ambiguous ideas into a concrete product direction and roadmap
  • Define the MVP scope, map user journeys, specify features, and set success metrics
  • Draft user stories with acceptance criteria and manage backlog items
  • Collaborate with UX on user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Coordinate with engineering to clarify scope, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs
  • Support sprint planning, reviews, demos, and product decision making
  • Facilitate the delivery of working software in two week sprint cycles
  • Use feedback and data to refine the product after launch
  • Prioritize what to build now, what to defer, and what to test first
  • Communicate clearly with clients, leadership, designers, engineers, QA, and DevOps

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software delivery
  • Experience taking products or features from 0 to 1
  • Experience helping products scale from 1 to 10
  • Strong Agile product delivery experience
  • Ability to create structure when requirements are unclear
  • Strong client and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical tradeoffs
  • Comfort collaborating with designers, engineers, QA, DevOps, and business teams
  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Figma, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Ability to move fast while keeping teams aligned

  • Experience in product discovery, roadmap planning, or MVP definition
  • Basic understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, data flows, or system integrations
