Junior Product Manager
Job Description
Support product planning and execution for water systems by translating customer needs into requirements and helping teams deliver product updates.
Responsibilities
- Help develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
- Collect customer feedback and conduct competitive research to support product requirements, pricing, and positioning.
- Support cross-functional work across the product lifecycle, from concept and launch through product updates and end-of-life activities.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to track action items and assist with product development, documentation, and launch plans.
- Contribute to creation of sales tools and training materials, and support product adoption efforts with Sales.
- Monitor product performance, including pricing, costs, and customer feedback, to surface improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to gather customer needs and help document clear product requirements.
- Clear communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Strong collaboration and organization skills; able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfort with data analysis and willingness to learn market research tools.
- Familiarity with Agile or other product development methodologies is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Compensation
- USD 75,000 - 85,000 per year
Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 15% or more as needed.
