Job Description
Capgemini Invent (frog) seeks a Product Manager to shape strategy, define product roadmaps, and drive delivery across physical and digital products and services, guiding cross-functional teams and providing client-facing guidance.

Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to articulate a clear product vision and roadmaps that align business goals with customer needs, guided by market insights and data-driven decisions.
- Co-lead ideation, definition, and delivery across the full product lifecycle, balancing innovation with feasibility and business impact.
- Promote and tailor product strategy frameworks, roadmaps, prioritization methods, and Agile practices to accelerate delivery and optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to deliver aligned, customer-centric solutions in a collaborative environment.
- Guide clients through uncertain problems by framing issues, developing hypotheses, and iterating quickly using qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Base product decisions on user research, market data, and experimentation to maximize customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Mentor client and internal teams on product management best practices, fostering a culture of experimentation.
- Support proposals, pitch new ideas to clients, and contribute to frog’s thought leadership in product strategy to expand impact.
Your Role
- Define and communicate product strategy and vision with clients, aligning objectives with user needs through market insights and data-driven analysis.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities from concept through delivery, balancing innovation with feasibility and business outcomes.
- Apply and adapt established product frameworks and Agile methodologies to improve roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery speed.
- Foster strong cross-disciplinary teamwork with designers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Tackle ambiguity by framing problems, forming hypotheses, and iterating based on qualitative and quantitative signals.
- Put the customer first by leveraging research and testing to inform decisions that boost satisfaction and engagement.
- Elevate product thinking by coaching teams on PM best practices and embedding a test-and-learn mindset.
- Support business development through proposals and client conversations, and contribute to thought leadership in product strategy.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of professional product management experience.
- Strong strategic, concepting, and data-analysis capabilities demonstrated in a recent portfolio.
- Experience drafting technical requirements including user stories, epics, and MVP scope.
- Confident presentation and storytelling skills.
- Experience leading product management within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with modern prototyping and research tools and methods.
Your Profile
- 3-5+ years of professional product management experience.
- Well-developed strategic thinking, concept development, and data analysis skills evidenced by a recent portfolio.
- Experience crafting technical requirements such as user stories, epics, and MVP scope.
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
- Experience leading product management in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with contemporary prototyping and research tools and methods.
- Preferred: a university degree in engineering, business management, or a related science or data discipline.
