Product Manager

Infosys is seeking a Product Manager to join its Plano, Texas on-site team. This role emphasizes business analysis, evaluating IT solutions, and creating system documentation, while researching third-party products and developing robust solution architectures. You will oversee implementation and ongoing maintenance to ensure scalable, reliable systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis initiatives using advanced techniques such as predictive analytics and scenario modelling to uncover strategic opportunities within the domain and influence long-term decisions and value-chain optimization.
• Conduct detailed evaluations of IT solutions, applying domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals, guiding strategic technology choices.
• Produce precise system documentation and guide efforts to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Perform targeted research on third-party products, delivering deep insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards.
• Develop solution architectures and create comprehensive architectural diagrams to ensure scalability, resilience, and seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Manage the technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge to achieve scalable, optimal system performance.
• Design and implement maintenance strategies that sustain long-term system reliability.

Domain Consultant 3 responsibilities
