Product Manager
Job Description
On-site Product Manager on Feit Electric's New Business team owning end-to-end development from opportunity validation through launch and retail execution.
Responsibilities
- Research and validate new categories
- Support product development from factory to launch
- Help drive success at retail
- Support the full product lifecycle
- Maintain market and competitive intelligence
Requirements
- Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity; define problems, rapidly gather data, and present a recommendation
- Strong ownership; manage your workstreams and stay engaged in a fast-paced, in-office team
- Solid analytical instincts; build a business case, understand cost structures, and model the basic P&L for a new SKU
- Clear communicator; craft a credible story for internal reviews or retail buyers and present it effectively
- Generative; improve plans and contribute ideas rather than solely executing instructions
- Approximately 3–5 years in product management, category management, business development, sourcing, or related roles, ideally in consumer products, consumer electronics, or retail-focused environments
- Exposure to bringing physical products to market and to working with manufacturers, especially in Asia, or strong aptitude for it
- Comfortable discussing cost, lead times, tooling, and quality with suppliers in China, Thailand, Cambodia, or Vietnam
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Fluent, judicious use of AI tools; use AI to work faster and smarter while developing product and commercial judgment to direct outputs and catch mistakes
- Product management experience: 3 years required

Compensation
USD 120,000 - 150,000 per year
