Job Description

OnBoard is seeking a Product Manager in Chicago, IL (remote) to discover, define, and deliver products that help boards and leadership teams make better decisions, partnering with Engineering, Design, AI, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver customer value and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and steer the product strategy by weaving in customer insights, market research, and data while executing against the roadmap.
  • Lead customer discovery through interviews and research to validate problems and opportunities.
  • Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver meaningful solutions.
  • Translate customer needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions, analyzing usage, feedback, and market trends to measure success and set priorities.
  • Deliver end-to-end products from discovery through launch, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
  • Support launches by coordinating with Product Marketing and Go-to-Market teams on release readiness and customer adoption.
  • Champion the customer by advocating for simple, intuitive, and valuable product experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience guiding products through discovery, delivery, and iteration with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong customer research and product discovery skills.
  • Proficiency in using qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and make thoughtful tradeoffs.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams.
