Senior Product Manager

In this onsite role in Atlanta, GA, you will shape product strategy and execution in a way that supports both business objectives and customer needs, using data-driven decision-making and cross-functional influence.

What you’ll do

• Develop and drive the long-term product vision, keeping it aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Define, prioritize, and sequence strategic product initiatives by balancing user value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Establish and track success metrics to measure product performance and support continuous improvement.
• Lead complex problem-solving by synthesizing research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder input to inform product direction.
• Partner with senior leadership to influence priorities, secure buy-in, and align teams.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business insights so stakeholders can make informed decisions.
• Mentor and coach product managers and cross-functional partners, promoting best practices and a product-first mindset.
• Advocate for modern product management and development methodologies to improve efficiency and innovation.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or software development.
• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
• Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field, or MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Scope and autonomy

You will identify key barriers and core problems, applying creative problem-solving to troubleshoot and resolve complex situations. You will make decisions under conditions of uncertainty, including cases with incomplete information, aiming for effective end results. Work is performed independently with instruction limited to expected results, and technical guidance is provided mainly for unusual or complex issues. You may oversee project and assignment completion, including planning, assigning, monitoring, reviewing progress and accuracy, evaluating results, and contributing to employees’ professional development, without hiring or firing authority.

Work environment

This role is located in a comfortable indoor area with infrequent, not objectionable unpleasant conditions. Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move. On rare occasions, you may need to move or lift light articles. Overnight travel is typically less than 10% of the time.
