Product Manager

BPG-Arrowhead Winch Inc. is hiring an Industrial Manufacturing Product Manager for a fully on-site office-based role in Broken Arrow, OK. In this position, you’ll help ensure physical products succeed commercially and technically across the full lifecycle, partnering closely with engineering, operations, sales, supply chain, and customers to drive product development and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap, aligning product strategy with company business goals
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to identify opportunities for new products or improvements
• Gather feedback by meeting with customers, distributors, and sales teams to understand pain points
• Translate customer requirements into product specifications
• Monitor industry regulations and technology trends
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering to develop new products
• Prioritize product features and technical requirements
• Review prototypes and testing results to ensure products meet targets for quality, cost, and performance
• Manage product lifecycle from planning and development through launch, growth, and end of life
• Lead cost reduction initiatives
• Build business cases for new products
• Forecast demand and revenue and monitor product profitability
• Recommend pricing strategies and track KPIs including margins, market share, and ROI
• Coordinate production readiness
• Develop launch plans with marketing and sales, and train sales teams
• Support customer demonstrations and trade shows

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of engineering fundamentals
• Experience with product lifecycle management
• Experience conducting data analytics, market analysis, and cost modeling
• Experience managing projects
• Organized self-starter with initiative, creativity, and the ability to influence
• Exceptional communication skills (interpersonal, written, and presentation)

Work Setup and Environment

This is a fully on-site office-based position. It is not hybrid or remote.

• Must operate a computer for extended periods
• Must have adequate vision for computer work and reviewing documents
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. occasionally
