Product Manager

In this role, you will lead product strategy and execution for PrecisionLender’s Q2 Assistant Platform, including Skills and an evolving set of AI-powered agents. You will translate customer and business requirements into a scalable AI platform roadmap, while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to bring AI capabilities to market responsibly.

Overview

• Own the strategy, roadmap, sequencing, and lifecycle for the Q2 Assistant Platform, including Skills and AI-powered agents.
• Define product strategy using customer needs, market trends, business objectives, and regulatory considerations.
• Ensure alignment across stakeholders to support responsible market introduction of AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for PrecisionLender’s Q2 Assistant Platform, including core and custom platform capabilities.
• Establish governance and quality standards for core and custom platform capabilities.
• Develop business cases, pricing, packaging, forecasts, and investment recommendations for new capabilities.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Owners, and Data to prioritize initiatives and move capabilities from discovery through general availability (GA).
• Monitor adoption, performance, financial outcomes, and customer feedback to guide investment decisions and ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, Delivery, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Operations.
• Represent Q2 Assistant with customers, prospects, executives, and industry stakeholders, communicating product vision and value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant product management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience owning strategy and roadmap for a platform or a suite of related capabilities.
• Experience with AI-powered products, conversational assistants, agents, or similar intelligent software.
• Background in commercial banking, financial services, B2B SaaS, or another regulated industry.
• Experience establishing product governance, prioritization, and quality standards across teams.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with Engineering and Data on platform architecture, data quality, and AI/LLM-based systems.
• Experience developing business cases, pricing/packaging strategies, and investment recommendations.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, analytical approach, problem-solving capability, and executive-level communication skills.
