Product Manager

Payactiv, Inc. is hiring a Product Manager to help build fintech products centered on Earned Wage Access and stronger financial wellness for workers. This hybrid role is based in Milpitas, CA, and focuses on taking products from early ideas to launch and then improving them through ongoing learning with cross-functional teams.

What you’ll do

• Act as the customer advocate using user research, product data, and direct feedback.
• Lead products from early concepts through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, compliance, and go-to-market to deliver solutions that feel seamless and impactful.
• Convert user needs into clear product requirements and keep teams aligned on what matters.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Information Security to balance regulatory requirements with user experience.
• Evaluate emerging fintech trends, including AI/ML-driven personalization and other technologies that can improve the product.
• Define success metrics, track the right KPIs, and use insights to improve performance, engagement, and adoption.

What you bring

• 2+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, lending, or financial services.
• A strong commitment to building user-centered financial wellness products.
• Comfort using data to guide decisions, with the judgment and customer insight needed to apply it well.
• Experience keeping Agile, cross-functional product teams moving forward.
• A track record of balancing user goals and business goals to find win-win outcomes.
• Clear communication, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to influence across all levels.
• Ability to go deep with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, data flows, and mobile products.
• Understanding of fintech products, compliance considerations, and the U.S. regulatory landscape.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, including stablecoin and AI.

Compensation and schedule

• Location: Milpitas, CA (hybrid), with four days per week in the Milpitas office.
• Base salary range: USD 135,000 to 170,000 per year, plus bonus.
