Job Description

Truist Bank is hiring a Product Manager to deliver brand-defining product and service experiences on the Adobe Experience Platform. In this Atlanta-based onsite role, you will balance business, technology, and design priorities while shaping a strategic delivery roadmap and driving demand, customer experience, and conversion outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Research and analyze a target client segment to build a deep understanding of their needs, including financial requirements.
  • Study the market and competitive landscape to define a differentiated product vision and unique value proposition.
  • Turn analysis into recommendations using data and experience.
  • Collaborate with partners to align on strategy and create a delivery roadmap that supports business goals.
  • Engage key stakeholders across lines of business, operations, and other functional areas to plan and execute projects.
  • Write epics and features aligned to the roadmap, coordinating prioritization across teams with partners.
  • Set Planning Increment (PI) vision, priority, and definition, partnering with product owners on feature prioritization and delivery timelines.
  • Develop a feature backlog roadmap and lead high-level deliverables such as discovery, prototypes and wireframes, usability studies, partner demos, and web analytics planning.
  • Obtain partner alignment and approvals, including with legal, compliance, security, fraud, and others as needed.
  • Partner to establish pricing and ensure billing follows relevant processes and procedures.
  • Create and track product metrics to guide strategy and roadmap decisions, and share analysis with partners.
  • Work with Readiness to develop client- and teammate-facing content.
  • Support risk management by ensuring Product Management Lifecycle (PML) processes and procedures are followed, including security, risk, and audit expectations, and by meeting action items and deadlines.
  • Support risk presentations by working with PM and PO partners to provide evidence for recommendations.
  • Attend Agile ceremonies, as applicable.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, design, or technology (or a related field), or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Five or more years of banking, financial services, or other relevant work experience.
  • Three or more years of product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience.
  • Three or more years of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort balancing strategic planning with tactical daily execution.
  • Experience defining and driving vision for experience programs and/or partnership-based programs.
  • Experience defining and delivering large-scale online initiatives.
  • Proven ability to apply data analytics, research, and testing methodologies to drive decisions, diagnose issues, and recommend action plans.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Comfort managing concurrent projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, leading work autonomously, and making independent decisions.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in roles requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills, including creating and delivering succinct presentations to explain and sell plans or vision.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience using modern AI-enabled tools to accelerate insight generation, concept development, prototyping, and product discovery.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data, analytics, client feedback, performance trends, and fluency with AI tools to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and recommend action plans.
  • Previous experience as a Product Manager for Agile teams.
  • Experience working with distributed teams (onshore/offshore).
  • Certified SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (or equivalent).
