Product Manager | Core Product

San Francisco, CA $190k - $300k/yr Full time Posted 3h ago

Job Description

Rogo builds enterprise AI for finance, helping professionals at top investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms move faster with speed, accuracy, and insight. This role is based in San Francisco, CA (onsite).

As the Product Manager for Core Product, you will own end-to-end product experiences across Rogo’s core application, search, document and file experiences, and the tools and plugins users rely on every day. You will translate agent capabilities into interfaces that feel fast, clear, and delightful, and you will prototype and build alongside design and engineering (with everyone here building with AI).

What you’ll do

  • Own core product areas end-to-end, from scoping and design through launch and ongoing iteration
  • Translate powerful agent capabilities into simple, intuitive, and delightful user interfaces
  • Drive the experience across the full product surface, including the core application, search, document and file workflows, and tools/plugins
  • Shape information architecture, flows, and the final details in close partnership with design
  • Prototype and build to validate what is worth shipping by moving quickly through design or code rather than long specs
  • Maintain a high bar for craft and quality, so only work that feels great ships
  • Engage with sophisticated users, study how they work, and turn those insights into the next priorities

What you bring

  • Strong product management or startup product experience, with a track record shipping polished, design-forward software (ideally at a high-growth startup or best-in-class product company)
  • Exceptional product and visual taste, with strong information-architecture instincts and a natural partnership with design
  • Deep intuition for LLMs and excitement for turning AI capabilities into great interfaces, including hands-on experience building with AI
  • A technical foundation, including the ability to ship code, prototype, and build, and to go deep with engineers (a degree in computer science, math, or engineering, or equivalent experience, is a plus)
  • Finance experience is a plus, but not required; strong generalist product crafters are welcome
  • Comfort with senior stakeholders: present with poise to senior finance leaders and represent Rogo with polish
  • High output and extreme attention to detail, with care for the last ten percent
  • Opinionated but low-ego, with a collaborative working style
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and brings an owner mindset: autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Curious and energized by learning across AI, technology, and finance; thoughtful, organized, and kind in collaboration

Why Rogo

  • Up and to the right: strong product adoption with leading financial institutions, while still early enough for significant upside
  • Extraordinary team: talent-dense group where you’ll do the best work of your career alongside sharp people across AI and finance
  • A one-of-one problem: bringing AI to the core of how Wall Street works at the scale and complexity it demands
  • Real ownership: you’ll own meaningful surface area and see sophisticated users rely on your work
  • Always at the frontier: working at the edge of what leading models can do and turning it into products people trust

Compensation: USD 190,000 - 300,000 per year.
