Product Manager, Employee Experience & Productivity
Job Description
Apple is building internal capabilities that help people work better across Apple Services. In this role, Employee Experience and Productivity (EEP) is looking for an AI-driven Product Manager to shape and deliver business-facing products and platforms used by stakeholders across the organization. You will define product vision and direction, partner across functions, and use data and AI to improve employee experiences and productivity at global scale. The position is based in Culver City, CA (onsite), with a base pay range of $144,600 to $263,800 depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of business-facing products, balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategic bets.
- Lead cross-functional teams through full product development cycles, from discovery and requirements through design, engineering, and launch.
- Continuously assess the product ecosystem for consolidation and synergy opportunities, including how AI capabilities can enhance the portfolio.
- Partner with business stakeholders to align product roadmaps and capabilities to business priorities and strategies.
- Use data and employee insights to measure product impact, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement across the portfolio.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to leverage AI tools for prototyping.
Requirements
- Expertise identifying complex requirements, aligning them to business objectives, and translating them into functional engineering requirements.
- Strong prioritization across multiple projects and programs of varying timelines, including managing trade-offs that support the strategic vision of the portfolio and product organization.
- Advanced product data analysis skills to inform both long-term strategy and short-term solutions that improve employee outcomes.
- Proven ability to break down complex problems into steps that support agile product development with UX and engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience designing, shipping, or integrating AI-powered tools and experiences that augment employee productivity.
- Proficiency with visual design and diagramming tools for wireframing, product ideation, and effective communication with design and engineering partners.
- Experience with vendor-managed products and roadmaps, including influencing and aligning external partners to internal priorities.
- Experience managing and rationalizing a portfolio, including identifying redundancy, driving consolidation, and simplifying solutions without sacrificing capability or experience quality.
- Ability to drive teams from discovery to launch with a focus on customer experience and strategy, including leading in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with influence and presentation ability for senior leadership.
- Experience mentoring product managers and contributing to the growth of the broader product organization.

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a product management role leading product development cycles from concept to launch, and shipping products at scale.
- 4+ years working cross-functionally with peer teams such as software engineering and UX Design (or other technical teams).
- 4+ years delivering products that support media content production workflows in Legal, Music, Business Affairs, Marketing, Finance, or Digital Apps Distribution & Supply Chain.
- BS or MS degree in computer science, information management, or a technical field, or equivalent experience.
Pay & Benefits Note: Apple benefit, compensation, and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program. Base pay range is between $144,600 and $263,800.
