Product Manager - Global Employer Services Technology Center
Job Description
Deloitte's Global Employer Services technology center in Austin seeks a Product Manager to shape the strategy for cloud-based, AI-enabled solutions that support a global workforce, mobility, business travel, and remote work. You will translate client and regulatory needs into actionable product requirements, guide the lifecycle from discovery to launch, and collaborate with engineering, design, and subject matter experts to deliver compliant, intelligent capabilities in a hybrid work setting.
Based in Austin, TX with a hybrid work model, this role sits at the intersection of technology and global mobility services. The position offers a salary range of USD 110,700 to 226,125 per year and requires a bachelor’s degree along with substantial product leadership experience to drive impactful, scalable solutions for multinational clients.
Responsibilities
- Define and refine the product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for technology offerings that enable global workforce management, mobility, business travel, and remote work.
- Translate client, business, regulatory, risk, and control requirements into product requirements, user stories, and release plans.
- Partner with engineering, design, go-to-market, and subject matter teams to deliver cloud-based, compliance-focused, and intelligent product enhancements and new capabilities.
- Lead product lifecycle activities, including discovery, prioritization, testing, launch planning, incident management, root cause analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Support delivery of reporting, integration, and automation capabilities using AWS services, AI and machine learning tools, large language models, and structured data formats.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, product development, or risk evaluation and control.
- Proven experience translating business or regulatory requirements into product requirements, roadmaps, or release plans; experience working with cross-functional teams that include technology, design, and business stakeholders; and familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery methods and product lifecycle management tools.
- Proven experience with AWS, including EC2, Lambda, Glue, EMR, CloudWatch, Redshift, and Aurora; artificial intelligence and machine learning frameworks; large language models; and autonomous agentic systems or intelligent automation solutions.
- Proven experience with incident management, root cause analysis methodologies, resilience patterns, SSRS, XML, and JSON; ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week.
