Product Manager I

PNC Financial Services Group is hiring a Product Manager I for its Capital Markets Group organization. This onsite role in Pittsburgh focuses on reviewing, analyzing, and helping develop, launch, and improve products by partnering across technology, operations, and data analytics. The position also supports customer-focused quality assessments as well as risk management, compliance, and audit needs.

What you’ll do

• Review and analyze the selection, design, development, and promotion of new or existing products using both traditional and emerging capabilities in technology, operations, and data analytics to deliver a differentiated customer experience.
• Participate in customer-focused quality assessments and improvement processes.
• Use knowledge of emerging technologies to support business case and business plan development and contribute to product roll-out across applicable channels.
• Analyze product, technology, and market trends, along with third-party requirements, to help shape innovative features for new products and enhancements to existing offerings.
• Assist with managing development, production, roll-out, pricing, or promotion of specific products, including identifying, anticipating, and resolving operational or process issues.
• Work with internal and external partners throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support risk management, compliance, and audit needs as part of the first line of defense.
• Monitor and analyze business results for recently launched or existing products, coordinate reporting, and may recommend modifications to improve outcomes.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Typically requires 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
