Product Manager, Intimate & Sexual Wellness

The role leads hands-on development of intimate and sexual wellness products, guiding the lifecycle from opportunity assessment through to launches. The portfolio covers vaginal moisturizers, lubricants, vaginal suppositories, vibrators, and vulva balms, requiring close collaboration across formulation, design, and go-to-market activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform market gap analyses and competitive research to reveal white space opportunities within the vaginal, intimate, and sexual wellness category.
• Partner with formulators and manufacturers to bring new products to life, managing testing cycles, collecting feedback, and iterating toward the final formula or design.
• Oversee packaging development and user guides, including Instructions for Use, in collaboration with the design team.
• Develop product landing pages and Amazon listings, coordinating with designers to produce content that informs and converts.
• Act as a cross-functional connector, aligning formulation, design, marketing, and compliance throughout every launch.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of product management or product development experience in personal care, beauty, sexual wellness, or consumer packaged goods.
• Proven track record from concept to launch, including formulation, packaging, and go-to-market activities.
• Familiarity with cosmetic or OTC product regulations, including FDA guidelines, safety testing, and IFU requirements.
• Experience collaborating with contract manufacturers or formulators.
• Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and managing ecommerce product listings.
• Strong written communication skills for consumer-facing content.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple product launches simultaneously.
• Comfort working in intimate and sexual wellness categories with a professional approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
