Product Manager, Mortgage Servicing

Intercontinental Exchange Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Product Manager, Mortgage Servicing to lead the vision, strategy, and enhancement work across ICE’s MSP and related distributed products. This role focuses on shaping product direction for Loan Administration capabilities, including Escrow and Special Loans, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes in an Agile environment.

Based in Jacksonville, FL (onsite), the Product Manager will work with customers and internal stakeholders to uncover needs, convert those insights into clear requirements, and guide delivery through Agile planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, pain points, and product opportunities.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define product vision, roadmap priorities, and success metrics aligned to business objectives and strategic goals.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and strategic alignment.
• Use customer feedback, market insights, and operational data to inform product decisions.
• Drive product delivery through Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Engineering, QA, and UX across the product lifecycle to balance technical feasibility, scalability, compliance, and user requirements.
• Work closely with technical teams to understand system architecture, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Provide product expertise as needed to support go-to-market, client-facing, and operational teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with MSP (ICE’s core mortgage servicing platform) required.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a related product role.
• Strong mortgage servicing background with proven experience in: Loan Administration, Escrow (Tax, Hazard, PMI, MIP, and Escrow Analysis), and Special Loans.
• Strong presentation skills to communicate product vision, requirements, and updates to both technical and business audiences.
• Proven experience managing product backlogs and defining requirements in Agile/SDLC environments.
• Strong ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, process flows, and product documentation.
• Experience working closely with Engineering teams to deliver software products.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured, actionable requirements.

Preferred Knowledge and Experience

• Knowledge of laws and regulations governing mortgage servicing, such as RESPA and CFPB Servicing Rules.
• Experience working with APIs and integrations.
• Understanding of system integrations, event-driven workflows, and business process automation.
• Experience using product analytics, customer insights, and business metrics to drive decisions and measure product success.
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled products or intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience in mortgage, lending, banking, financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries.
