Job Description

The Personal Lines Product Manager will own the strategy and performance of assigned insurance products, guiding growth, profitability, retention, and customer value through data-informed product decisions and cross-functional leadership. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities, build robust business cases, and deliver measurable results aligned with our strategic vision.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and performance of designated Personal Lines products, driving growth, profitability, retention, and customer value through data-informed product planning and cross-functional leadership.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the company to identify opportunities, develop business cases, prioritize initiatives, and deliver measurable business results in support of the shared vision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Seven (7) or more years of progressively responsible experience in property and casualty insurance, product management, underwriting, actuarial, product development, or a related discipline.
  • Experience managing insurance products or line-of-business performance.
  • Strong analytical experience using underwriting, claims, financial, market, or operational data to drive business decisions.
  • Familiarity with insurance product structures, including rates, rules, forms, underwriting considerations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience presenting business recommendations, product strategies, or performance results to management or executive leadership.
