What you’ll do
Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for large, cross-functional personalization products across the product lifecycle. This position drives outcomes through prioritization, backlog management, and continuous improvement, setting standards for building products that are usable, viable, and feasible.
- Lead a product or suite of products through planning, execution, and delivery, including setting qualitative direction and developing long-term plans with OKRs.
- Define target-state personalization capabilities and align priorities across customer data, decisioning, journey orchestration, and channel activation.
- Create and deliver a quarterly product roadmap with high-level milestones in partnership with the product team.
- Own and sequence shared personalization capabilities and cross-channel use cases based on customer impact, business value, and platform dependencies.
- Lead journey-mapping conversations across domains to clarify product separation while maintaining holistic end-user workflows.
- Ensure journeys are coordinated across email, SMS, push, mobile app, Lowes.com, paid media, and other relevant touchpoints, avoiding channel silos.
- Manage cross-domain dependencies by leveraging data from multiple sources to align timing and negotiation.
- Drive experimentation to validate user adoption before major investment and use holdouts where appropriate to isolate incremental personalization lift from baseline performance.
- Define product measurement, incremental lift, and customer outcomes across channels including conversion, engagement, retention, offer effectiveness, and customer lifetime value.
- Build functional and technical OKRs/metrics, establish routines to monitor product health, and partner with engineering on required tracking and monitoring.
- Influence strategic direction and engineering priorities within the product space as a key portfolio influencer.
- Develop product market fit strategies with stakeholders and use product marketing to deepen understanding alongside peers and leaders.
- Collaborate with business partners to obtain buy-in and align stakeholders on shared personalization priorities, contact policies, journey sequencing, and cross-channel dependencies.
- Stay current on macro and micro technology trends and drive innovation that accelerates roadmaps and improves reusability across products in the domain.
What you bring
- Customer data platforms, marketing automation, decisioning, journey orchestration, or personalization technologies (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
