Product Manager - Product Lifecycle Management (Hybrid)

RectorSeal, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of CSW Industrials, Inc. (NYSE: CSW), is seeking a Product Manager to oversee Product Lifecycle Management in a hybrid role based in Houston, Texas. This position stewards a product portfolio through its entire lifecycle in the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing markets, blending strategic guidance with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the product from concept through end of life
• Collaborate across engineering, sales, marketing, supply chain, and manufacturing
• Translate customer and market needs into scalable, manufacturable product solutions
• Ensure design feasibility aligns with production capability and supply chain resilience
• Lead stage-gate processes and ensure documentation readiness for scale-up
• Manage product modifications, continuous improvements, and cost optimization initiatives
• Promote products and identify cross sell opportunities with internal and external customers

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher-level degree
• 3+ years in a Product Development or Product Management role with a strong focus on customer experience, plus a proven track record of identifying opportunities or solving pain points using customer insight and data
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Availability for 15% to 20% domestic travel, with potential international travel

Compensation

CSW Industrials maintains a market-based approach to salary ranges to remain competitive. Compensation is determined within the established range based on experience and market position, with potential pay incentives tied to corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the CSWI Board of Directors.

Preferred Experience
