- Partner with Engineering and Design to build the roadmap, drive milestone progress, and resolve blockers.
- Maintain traceability between requirements, design inputs, and verification activities, with guidance from Quality and Regulatory.
- Align product decisions with the quality management system and applicable standards, and support submissions with product documentation.
- Coordinate dependencies with adjacent teams, surface conflicts early, and drive them to resolution.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including release planning, app store submissions, post-market feedback, and iteration.
- Use AI tools every day to accelerate research, drafting, analysis, and prototyping.
- Support responsible adoption of AI tools within the team.
- Communicate product strategy, status, and tradeoffs clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience, including hands-on product management responsibility for a software product.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; STEM, health sciences, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated, ongoing use of AI tools in your own workflow (research, drafting, analysis, prototyping, or prompt and context engineering), with concrete examples of how they changed your work.
