Job Description

Lead product planning and delivery across Run, Maintain, and Grow initiatives while driving measurable outcomes for retail or business financial services products.

Responsibilities

  • Coach, develop, and mentor team members; set goals and performance expectations and manage colleagues to those expectations.
  • Model continuous improvement and value delivery across teams.
  • Own product execution against Value Stream, reporting progress against OKRs and monitoring target vs. actual investment levels within areas of responsibility.
  • Set and own Product Vision and align stakeholders across Run, Maintain, and Grow initiatives for assigned products.
  • Define, maintain, and prioritize Product Roadmaps and Product Backlogs.
  • Propose and verify implementation timelines; establish priorities for roadmap execution.
  • Define Epics and Features; map features to epics and identify cross-impact dependencies.
  • Drive MMP/MVP/Increment definition and coordinate User Acceptance Testing for feature delivery in collaboration with stakeholders and teams.
  • Organize and plan Feature Definition sessions or workshops.
  • Use appropriate tools to create and maintain epics, features, and approvals, ensuring data is accurate and complete.
  • Ensure teams understand business needs by consulting with Product Owners to provide business context as needed.
  • Facilitate cross-team sharing of best practices, challenges, and innovative thinking.
  • Ensure delivery tools contain complete and accurately captured data for areas of responsibility.
  • Coach and mentor peers, Product Owners, and Product Managers; may perform Product Owner roles as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years experience in a Product Development, Product Owner, or Product Manager role
  • 3+ years management experience
  • PSPO III or CSP-PO and PAL1 or CAL1
  • Strong experience in retail or business financial services
  • Experience building high performing teams
  • Strong experience with user-centered design and usability

  • Salary range: USD 93,000 - 189,000 per yearly
  • Exempt status: Yes (not eligible for overtime pay)
