Join a robotics and automation focused environment in North Reading, MA, where you will steer the technical product management for manufacturing enterprise systems. This onsite role offers a salary range of USD 129,200 to 174,800 per year and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, parental leave, sign-on payments, and restricted stock units (RSUs). You will own the architecture and multi-year roadmap for the manufacturing systems portfolio and lead cross-functional delivery for SAP S/4HANA and Siemens Teamcenter across manufacturing and supply chain applications.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the manufacturing systems portfolio.
  • Direct architectural decisions and trade-offs across ERP, MES, PLM, and CAD systems.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops to define system capabilities and integration needs.
  • Translate complex business needs into technical specs and functional requirements.
  • Produce detailed PRFAQs and functional design documents for new capabilities.
  • Define success metrics that demonstrate business impact and value.
  • Partner with engineering teams to shape technical implementation approaches.
  • Set acceptance criteria and success metrics for new features.
  • Develop business cases for new capabilities and enhancements.
  • Drive standardization and simplification through value stream mapping of manufacturing processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture on integration patterns and data flows.
  • Assess emerging technologies for potential use.
  • Serve as voice of the customer for manufacturing operations.
  • Develop product adoption strategies and success metrics.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships to drive adoption and feedback loops.
  • Lead change management for new capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product experiences.
  • Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for team products.
  • Experience creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams across geographies and business units.
  • Experience writing business requirements documents, functional specifications, and use cases.
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or another technical field.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain system concepts.
  • Knowledge of agile product development and lifecycle management processes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of data engineering pipelines, cloud solutions, ETL management, databases, visualizations and analytics platforms.
  • Experience working with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Experience with SQL Server or MySQL, or strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
