Product Manager - Value Added Services
Job Description
This role is a Product Manager position within JPMorganChase's Business Banking, focusing on value-added services. Based in New York, NY, the role is onsite with a salary range of USD 122,550 to 201,000 per year. The incumbent leads the end-to-end product lifecycle, serves as the voice of the customer, and collaborates across teams to deliver scalable, high-quality offerings.
Responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers
- Conducts discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and evolves the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Defines and tracks the product’s key success metrics such as cost, feature scope, risk posture, and reliability
- Partner with Design, Data, and Technology teams to deliver large-scale initiatives and coordinate with Risk, Controls, Compliance and Legal to uphold a strong risk and control environment
- Manages production support, issue and defect resolution, and prioritization
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a related domain
- Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with JIRA, Microsoft Office tools, and Confluence
- Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while balancing multiple responsibilities, scoping projects, evaluating priorities, and working effectively within a team
