Job Description

Bank of America is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Identity Secrets Management to own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise vaulting technologies, including CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, and cloud vaults. This onsite role in Plano, TX shapes the vision and multi-year roadmap, collaborating closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud engineering, and risk and compliance teams to strengthen IAM and PAM capabilities across the organization. You will lead across the lifecycle from ideation to release and continuous improvement, bringing executive-level impact through strategic prioritization and vendor partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate the program vision and roadmap based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and business strategy to stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams.
  • Oversee budgets for one or more products by partnering with finance on personnel and non-personnel expenses.
  • Identify and define business capabilities, aligning them to existing products or creating new offerings to support them.
  • Ensure product availability by coordinating with demand and capacity teams.
  • Build business cases for new products and for enhancements to existing ones.
  • Collaborate with product owners and teams to maximize value through technology and domain expertise aligned to business and industry trends.
  • Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for enterprise secrets management and vaulting platforms.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and intake through prioritization, delivery, release, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary product owner for CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, and external cloud vaulting services.
  • Lead demand intake for new features, integrations, and enhancements, translating security and business needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Partner with engineering and platform teams to plan and execute releases, upgrades, and platform expansions.
  • Define and track product KPIs such as availability, adoption, automation coverage, security posture, and resiliency.
  • Align product work with IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, and ITDR strategies.
  • Collaborate with risk, audit, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory and policy adherence.
  • Manage vendor relationships, licensing strategy, and product-level financials.
  • Serve as an executive-level point of contact for vaulting platform strategy and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within enterprise technology environments.
  • Deep expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Hands-on product leadership experience with CyberArk and/or HashiCorp Vault.
  • Strong understanding of secrets management, credential lifecycle, and key management concepts.
  • Proven experience owning roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans for security or infrastructure platforms.
  • Ability to translate security, compliance, and engineering requirements into consumable product features.
  • Experience working in hybrid and cloud environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
