Job Description

Anduril Industries is building enterprise solutions that depend on reliable, repeatable execution across the full implementation lifecycle. In this Product Operations role based in Costa Mesa, CA (onsite), you will own end-to-end processes and systems that enable enterprise implementations, bringing together operating models, tooling, AI-first approaches, and feedback loops to improve adoption and delivery outcomes.

The Product Operations team partners across engineering, business systems, and operations to systematize how change is enabled. You will help create the enablement infrastructure that stays embedded throughout delivery, then extend that foundation into broader implementation operations across the organization.

What you will do

  • Partner with the enablement team to design and build the enablement operating model, including playbooks, templates, readiness frameworks, shift-left change impact assessment standards, and workflow integrations to keep enablement consistent across initiatives.
  • Ensure change scoping occurs early in the implementation lifecycle, rather than after decisions are finalized.
  • Build end-to-end enablement infrastructure by connecting existing platforms (feature tracking, LMS, comms tools) into a cohesive system so change impacts feed communications plans, training triggers by implementation milestones, and adoption data returns to inform project decisions.
  • Stand up a centralized knowledge hub.
  • Enable in-tool guidance and just-in-time micro-learning.
  • Establish recurring communications cadences so users know what to do and where to go.
  • Apply an AI-first mindset to operations by identifying where AI and automation can accelerate content creation, personalize training delivery, streamline stakeholder analysis, surface adoption risks earlier, and reduce manual overhead across implementation workflows.
  • Design and operationalize a change network of local super users to provide frontline feedback, reinforce adoption, and connect project work with the people affected.
  • Embed with implementation teams and practitioner Enablement Managers to pressure-test frameworks in real implementations, identify process gaps across the broader lifecycle, and drive improvements where enablement intersects with delivery.
  • Create measurement and feedback infrastructure for leadership visibility into enablement health, including readiness scores, training completion, adoption signals, and time-to-proficiency, supported by pulse checks, focus groups, and surveys that feed back into release planning and continuous improvement.
  • Establish content governance to keep enablement materials accurate as systems evolve, defining ownership, standards, and templates so updates stay current without rebuilding for every release cycle.
  • Expand into broader implementation operations by defining and improving processes, tooling, and standards that govern how enterprise systems and process changes are scoped, planned, delivered, and transitioned.
  • “Pinch hit” as needed to fill critical gaps and help ensure initiatives are successful.

What you bring

  • 6+ years of experience in operations, program management, change management, or enablement, with direct experience building the systems and processes that enable work to scale.
  • Experience building operational infrastructure from scratch or significantly maturing an existing operating model, moving from ad hoc to repeatable processes.
  • Strong systems and integration thinking, connecting disconnected tools and processes into workflows that reduce manual handoffs and deliver information to the right people at the right time.
  • Curiosity about AI and comfort experimenting with how it can transform operational work.
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate process design into implementations that teams adopt.
  • Ability to balance strategic design with tactical execution in live implementations.
  • High ownership and low ego, accountable for outcomes and willing to do what it takes to support team success.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments, including prioritization when information is imperfect.
  • Strong project and program management skills, including managing dependencies across multiple initiatives and keeping the operating model evolving without losing momentum.
  • Experience building change champion or super user networks, content governance models, or feedback loop infrastructure is a plus.
  • Experience with enablement platforms, LMS administration, adoption analytics tools, or workflow automation is a plus.
  • Experience with OCM methodologies and frameworks is valued but not required.
  • U.S. Person status is required because the position needs to access controlled data.

Compensation

  • USD 146,000 - 194,000 per year

Team and technology context

In Product Operations, you will leverage tools including LMS, feature tracking, comms tools, and AI (including AI and automation) to connect enablement signals to training delivery and adoption outcomes.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive, competitive benefits package (available at little to no cost to employees) including health, recovery, and whatever comes next.

ABOUT THE JOB

In this role, you will begin by owning enablement operations, building the systems, frameworks, and tooling infrastructure that make change enablement repeatable, efficient, and integrated throughout the implementation lifecycle. As you mature that foundation, you will expand into broader implementation processes, helping define how enterprise systems and process changes are scoped, delivered, and operationalized across the organization.
