Job Description

Join Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Product Operations Analyst within World Wide Revenue Operations. This onsite role in Arlington, VA centers on supporting discount programs and private pricing contracts, managing data and pricing calculations, and building reports and data‑quality initiatives to strengthen revenue operations. The position offers a clear path for professional growth, a collaborative culture, and competitive compensation ranging from USD 56,800 to 99,300 per year. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and manage data and perform pricing calculations to support pricing structures.
  • Interpret complex pricing contracts and determine how pricing should be applied.
  • Design and execute data quality programs and audits focused on standardization and accuracy.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
  • Identify and implement data and operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that align with business needs.
  • Retrieve and evaluate data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other data management or BI systems.
  • Conduct hands‑on data mining to drive project outcomes and deliverables.
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cycles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in business analysis or functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills, including intermediate Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLookups).
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables and charts, developing formulas such as SUMIF, and using VLookup.
