Product Operations - Associate

iCapital is seeking a Product Operations Associate to support the Annuities Platform team. Based in New York, NY (hybrid), this role focuses on client onboarding workflows and helping configure and integrate annuity products within Hexure and related platforms.

In this position, you will coordinate across internal stakeholders to move clients from intake through activation, while also maintaining accurate annuity product configurations and supporting integrations under senior direction. You will also serve as a key operational partner for Sales and Engineering to improve reliability and ensure timelines and expectations are communicated clearly.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end onboarding for Wealth Managers and financial professionals, coordinating with internal teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience from intake through activation.
• Configure and maintain annuity products on the platform, ensuring product data integrity and timely updates aligned with business requirements.
• Support Hexure integration and configuration under senior direction, including implementation, testing, and optimization of annuity product setups to support an accurate and seamless client experience.
• Assist senior management on operational and strategic objectives by preparing materials, synthesizing platform data, and executing cross-functional initiatives.
• Act as a liaison to the Sales team by proactively communicating platform capabilities and operational timelines to support client acquisition and retention goals.
• Partner with Engineering to identify, escalate, and resolve platform issues, contributing to a feedback loop that improves long-term reliability.
• Manage client expectations through proactive communication, structured issue tracking, and timely resolution of operational inquiries.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–5 years of operational or client-facing experience in the financial services industry, with demonstrated exposure to annuities or insurance products strongly preferred.
• Experience with Hexure or comparable insurance and annuity configuration platforms is a strong plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and support senior stakeholders, translating strategic priorities into operational action.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills to interface confidently with clients, partners, and internal leadership.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
• Self-starter mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, and interest in contributing to a high-growth fintech organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM or operational tools is a plus.

Compensation and benefits

• Salary: USD 85,000–100,000 per year
