Product Operations Educator
Job Description
As a Product Operations Educator at lululemon, you help keep store operations running smoothly while supporting an excellent guest experience. You’ll execute inventory processing and merchandising standards, coordinate omnichannel workflows, and use in-store technology to keep product organized, accurate, and ready for customers. What you’ll do
- Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and maintain a safe store environment.
- Carry out the inventory processing plan set by the Product Operations Lead, including accurate RFID inventory counts in line with company standards.
- Receive and process product deliveries using required standards, including folding, sorting, and hanging product to optimize space and productivity.
- Reconcile, prepare, package, and ship product to the appropriate locations, including handling items such as damages and consolidations.
- Perform product display adjustments, daily restocking and destocking, and product moves on the floor to maintain organization and presentation.
- Execute market-relevant omnichannel programs (for example, buy online/pickup in store and ship from store) according to company standards.
- Interact with guests or coordinate with another team member to support retail floor service and the guest experience.
- Support a respectful and inclusive team environment that helps all team members and guests feel welcomed.
- Use in-store technology to support store operations and create positive experiences for guests.

Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation methods.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Nice to have
- High school diploma/GED/equivalent (or above).
- Related experience in retail, distribution center, or warehouse operations such as stocking or inventory processing (not required and not necessarily the only focus).
Work schedule and context
- Schedule varies based on store needs.
- Shifts may be scheduled for evenings, overnights, mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
- May include times when the store is closed to guests.
Base pay range: $20.50 - $23.59/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location. Target bonus: $2.00/hour. Total target base pay range: $22.50 - $25.59/hour.
