Product Operations Educator

lululemon is hiring a Product Operations Educator to help run the details behind an excellent in-store experience. In this onsite role in New York, NY, you will execute product operations aligned to company standards, support inventory processing goals, and assist guests on the retail floor through service and coordination.

What you’ll do

• Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and help maintain a safe store environment.
• Carry out the inventory processing plan set by the Product Operations Lead, including accurate RFID inventory counts per company standards.
• Receive and process product deliveries using company standards, including folding, sorting, and hanging items to optimize space and productivity.
• Reconcile, prepare, package, and ship product to appropriate locations according to company standards (including handling damages and consolidations).
• Support product display quality by executing adjustments such as daily restocking and destocking, or product moves on the floor in line with company guidelines.
• Execute market-relevant omnichannel programs such as buy online/pickup in store and ship from store options, following company standards.
• Interact with guests on the retail floor or connect them with another team member to provide service and support the guest experience.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment that supports an engaging experience for both team members and guests.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and help create positive guest experiences.

Eligibility and requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation methods.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No experience required.

Schedule and availability

• The work schedule can vary based on store needs.
• Shifts may be scheduled for evenings, overnights, mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
• Schedule may include times when the store is closed to guests.

Nice to have

• High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above.
• Experience in retail, distribution center, or warehouse operations related to stocking or inventory processing.

Work context

• You will move through the store, including sales floor areas with bright lights and loud music, and sometimes areas with no windows or natural light.
• Work is completed as part of a team, sometimes independently, and may involve using a computer or other technology.
• May involve moving boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and using ladders to reach materials.

Compensation and benefits

Base pay range: $20.50 - $23.59/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location. Target bonus: $2.00/hour. Total target base pay range: $22.50 - $25.59/hour.
