Product Operations Educator (Contract 5:00pm-2:00am)

As a Product Operations Educator in a lululemon retail store, you will create a world-class guest experience through authentic connection to community and culture, and support day-to-day store operations across transactions, omnichannel programs, product presentation, and a clean, safe environment.
What you’ll do
- Interact with guests to deliver a great experience that respects their time.
- Assess guest needs and recommend customized purchase and return solutions.
- Share technical product education by explaining the value and benefits of products.
- Support a seamless end-to-end experience through accurate, timely guest transactions and execution of market-relevant omnichannel programs (including buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, and ship from store), following company standards.
- Move dynamically on the floor to stay engaged and address guest or store needs as they arise.
- Collect guest feedback, partner with store leadership, and take appropriate action to make it right.
- Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences.
- Build supportive working relationships across the team and collaborate to optimize guest experience and store operations.
- Complete product presentation tasks such as restocking, depleting items to the floor, and destocking or relocating items according to store standards.
- Use in-store technology to support operations and improve guest experiences.
- Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain a luxury store environment.
- Follow people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
- Work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.
What you bring
- Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to travel to the assigned store using your own transportation methods.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to work in a bright, active retail environment with loud music.
- Ability to move through the store for most of the shift to help guests and complete tasks.
- Willingness to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
- Ability to work as part of a team and also complete some tasks independently.

Compensation & schedule
Location: La Jolla, CA (onsite)
Job type: Contract
Hours: 5:00pm to 2:00am
Pay: USD $20 - $25 per hour
Base Pay Range: $20.50 - $23.59/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location
Target Bonus: $2.00/hour
Total Target Base Pay Range: $22.50 - $25.59/hour
