Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of experience in banking, private equity, consulting, or in product management or business operations roles at a demanding startup
- Demonstrated record of personal ownership and delivering outcomes beyond initial analysis or recommendations

- Customer curiosity and practical judgment to prioritize important problems and determine how to solve them, including comfort going to customers when context is unclear
- Strong communication skills and the ability to earn trust for recommendations across technical and business teams
