Job Description

ATR offers a full benefits package and equity, with onsite work in Santa Clara, CA. Salary ranges from USD 150,000 to 210,000 per year. This role leads day-to-day and strategic product operations to accelerate onboarding, elevate service quality, and translate customer insights into scalable systems, while ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality. You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to remove friction and improve handoffs.

Overview

You will orchestrate the product operations that connect product, customers, and delivery teams. The role owns the rhythms, policies, and cross functional execution that speed onboarding, improve service outcomes, and convert customer feedback into scalable processes and systems.

What you'll do

  • Develop deep, end-to-end expertise across all product modules to serve as the internal authority.
  • Design and implement policies, standard operating procedures, and controls for onboarding, delivery, and support.
  • Institute regular operating cadences and define OKRs and KPIs, tracking progress to ensure targets are met.
  • Refine onboarding and adoption workflows to shorten time-to-value and increase product utilization.
  • Deliver quick operational fixes for product gaps while planning for long-term handoffs.
  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to reduce friction and improve handoffs.
  • Forecast demand, manage budgets, and align people, processes, and technology with strategic priorities.
  • Translate customer feedback and data into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Build dashboards for time-to-value, NPS, SLAs, cost per customer, and perform ad-hoc SQL analyses to drive action.
  • Select, negotiate with, and oversee vendors supporting onboarding, analytics, and knowledge management.
  • Partner with internal teams to uphold data, security, and continuity standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 to 10 years in product operations, consulting, investment banking, or related roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI.
  • Proven track record of turning complex products and feedback into scalable processes.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; proficient with BI tools and SQL.
  • Experience thriving in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
