Product Operations Lead
Job Description
Lululemon is looking for a Product Operations Lead to help bring the store product strategy to life through strong operations, inventory management, and guest-first execution. In this onsite role in Bloomington, MN, you will lead daily product flow across the floor and back of house, support sell-through with data-informed decisions, and serve as Supervisor on Duty during open hours to ensure every guest receives confident, technical product education.
What you’ll do
- Partner with store leadership to translate product strategy into day-to-day actions across inventory processing and accuracy
- Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing in alignment with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure product actions are executed, including pull backs, consolidations, and repricing
- Create a fun and productive shift atmosphere that engages team members in inventory work
- Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and optimal product availability
- Review and interpret daily business data and metrics, such as product sell-through, and provide recommendations to store leadership on product focus and, for outlets, pricing
- Support the hiring process, including recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training
- Provide direct feedback, coaching, and hands-on demonstrations to address performance and support ongoing learning and development
- Build a respectful, inclusive working environment through supportive relationships with team members
- When serving as Supervisor on Duty during store open hours, move dynamically between the floor and back of house to deliver a world-class guest experience
Schedule and location
- Work is onsite in Bloomington, MN
- Schedule can vary based on store needs
- Shifts are typically scheduled: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- During peak timeframes, special events, or other circumstances, some team members may work early mornings or late nights/overnights
- Travel to the assigned store may be required, using reliable transportation methods
Compensation and employment type
This is a contract role with an hourly range of USD 22 to 27 per hour. Minimum experience required: 1 year.

Work context
- Move through the store, including front of house with bright lights and loud music and back of house with no windows or natural light
- Work is done as part of a team, sometimes independently, using a computer or other technical devices
- Occasionally move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and use ladders to reach materials
- For experiential stores with food/beverage service only: may involve industrial kitchen equipment and exposure to heat to prepare food or beverages
