Job Description

The Product Operations Lead is part of the store leadership team at Lululemon, responsible for turning the store product strategy into daily execution through inventory management and product operations. The role partners with leadership to keep both the floor and back of house stocked, organized, and ready, while supporting a world-class guest experience during scheduled floor coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life through day-to-day execution.
  • Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and inventory accuracy activities in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure execution of product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
  • Create a fun and productive shift atmosphere to engage team members in inventory management.
  • Monitor product levels and communicate insights to support sell-through strategy and optimal product availability for guests.
  • Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to guide actions, including analyzing product sell-through data to recommend product focus for the store and, for outlets, recommendations related to pricing.
  • Participate in the store hiring process, including recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.
  • Support team performance and ongoing learning by providing direct feedback and in-the-moment recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences.
  • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive environment by establishing supportive working relationships with team members.
  • When scheduled as Supervisor on Duty during store open hours, move dynamically and lead from the floor to ensure each guest receives technical product education and a world-class guest experience.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
  • Must be able to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation methods.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of work experience.
  • Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology to complete work.
  • Some experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.

Schedule and Availability

  • The work schedule can vary based on store needs.
  • Shifts are typically scheduled for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • During peak timeframes, special events, or other circumstances, the schedule may include early mornings or late nights or overnights for some team members.

Work Context

  • Work involves moving through the store, sometimes in the front of house with bright lights and loud music, and sometimes in the back of house with no windows or natural light.
  • Work may be completed as part of a team or independently, and may involve using a computer or other technical devices.
  • May occasionally require moving boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and using ladders to reach materials.
  • For experiential stores with food or beverage service only: may involve using industrial kitchen equipment and exposure to heat to prepare food or beverages.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: USD 23 to 28 per hourly (contract). Base pay range is subject to minimum wage in the location. Target bonus is USD 2.00/hour, resulting in a Total Target Base Pay Range of USD 25.00 to 28.50 per hour.
