Product Operations Lead
Job Description
lululemon is looking for a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team in Southaven, MS. In this onsite role, you’ll help turn the store product strategy into day-to-day execution through inventory processing, back of house operations, and ongoing analysis that supports sell-through and guest-ready product availability. When scheduled, you will also help deliver a world-class guest experience from the floor, using technical product education to guide interactions.
What you will do
- Work with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
- Proactively plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure product actions are executed, including pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
- Create a fun, productive atmosphere for inventory management with team members during shift activities.
- Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and optimal availability for the guest.
- Review and interpret daily business data and metrics, including sell-through analysis to recommend product focus for store leadership (and pricing guidance for outlets).
- Participate in the store hiring process, including recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.
- Support team performance and learning through direct feedback, recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences.
- Help build a respectful and inclusive team environment through supportive working relationships.
- Serve as Supervisor on Duty during store open hours by moving dynamically and leading from the floor to ensure every guest receives technical product education and a world-class experience.
Schedule and availability
- The work schedule can vary based on store needs.
- Shifts are typically scheduled for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- During peak timeframes, special events, or other circumstances, some team members may work early mornings or late nights/overnights.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation methods.
- Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology to complete work.
- Some experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.
Compensation & benefits
- Base pay range: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour (hourly)
- Target bonus: $2.00/hour
- Total target base pay range: $24.00 - $27.25/hour
- Compensation is grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance; base pay is based on market location and may vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.

Work context
- Move through the store, including areas with bright lights and loud music (front of house) and areas with no windows or natural light (back of house).
- Work is completed as part of a team, sometimes independently, and may include using a computer or other technical devices.
- Occasionally may involve moving boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and/or using ladders to reach materials.
- For experiential stores with food/beverage service only: work may involve industrial kitchen equipment and exposure to heat to prepare food or beverages.
