Product Operations Lead
Job Description
Own store product operations and inventory readiness while supporting leadership, team performance, and a guest-focused floor experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with store leadership to execute the store product strategy through day-to-day product operations
- Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and inventory accuracy activities in line with store SOPs
- Ensure execution of product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing
- Lead inventory shifts by creating a fun, productive atmosphere that engages team members in inventory management
- Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and optimal product availability
- Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to guide actions (including analyzing sell-through data to recommend product focus; for outlets, inform pricing)
- Support hiring activities including recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training
- Address team member performance through direct feedback, in-the-moment recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on learning experiences
- Build a respectful, inclusive working environment through supportive relationships with team members
- When scheduled as Supervisor on Duty during open hours, move dynamically and lead from the floor to provide technical product education and a world-class guest experience
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
- Ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation
- Schedule varies based on store needs
- Typical shifts scheduled across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- During peak timeframes, special events, or other circumstances, schedule may include early mornings or late nights/overnights for some team members
Experience
- 1 year of work experience
- Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology to complete work
- Some experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others
Work Context
- Move through the store, sometimes in front of house with bright lights and loud music, and sometimes in back of house with no windows or natural light
- Work is completed as part of a team, sometimes independently, and sometimes using a computer or other technical devices
- Occasional lifting of boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and use of ladders to reach materials
- For experiential stores with food/beverage service only: may involve industrial kitchen equipment and exposure to heat to prepare food or beverages
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay Range: $24.00 - $30.25/hour (hourly)
- Target Bonus: $2.00/hour
- Total Target Base Pay Range: $26.50 - $30.25/hour

Job Assets (Nice to Have)
- High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above
- Retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations experience; experience reviewing and interpreting business reports and metrics to inform action
- For experiential stores with food/beverage service only: food safety and/or liquor service certification
