Product Operations Manager

Smartsheet is hiring a Product Operations Manager (Bellevue, WA with remote options) to strengthen how the product organization plans, launches, and operates.

Responsibilities

• Own and support product planning cycles, including quarterly planning, goal tracking, retrospectives, and weekly team rhythms
• Drive launch coordination by maintaining launch checklists, tracking cross-functional dependencies, and confirming teams are go-live ready
• Build and maintain product health dashboards and translate metrics into actionable insights that support prioritization decisions
• Document processes and create playbooks, identifying opportunities to tighten workflows or automate repetitive steps
• Facilitate meetings and ensure follow-ups are captured, tracked, and closed
• Partner with analytics to define and answer the right operational questions, not only report on existing tracked data

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product operations, program management, or a similar operational role
• Strong process instincts, with the ability to spot gaps before they become problems
• Comfort with data, including pulling insights from dashboards and turning them into clear recommendations
• Excellent written communication and meeting facilitation skills
• Experience using tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Builder mindset, prioritizing automation over staying manual

Salary: USD 107,500 - 127,500 per year
