Product Operations Manager, Apps and API
Job Description
TikTok is seeking a Product Operations Manager for Apps and API to steer the design and rollout of international open platform features and APIs. This on-site role in Seattle centers on shaping the go-to-market strategy for partner products and delivering end-to-end solutions that meet merchant needs across the merchant base, operations, the platform, and consumers. The position offers a salary range of USD 102,600 to 159,600 per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and planning of international e-commerce open platform features and architecture, including Open APIs and Open Platform products.
- Develop and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for open platform offerings, driving the achievement of key product metrics.
- Design e-commerce system integration solutions and API interfaces, delivering high-quality API and integration options for platform partners.
- Gain deep understanding of merchant needs and craft end-to-end product solutions spanning merchants, operations, the platform, and consumers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- API-related experience and a technical background.
- Strong system design capabilities, logical thinking, data analysis skills, and solid business acumen.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management abilities, with the capacity to adapt strategies and drive execution in complex environments.
