Product Operations Specialist, Enterprise Solution

Based in San Jose, CA on site, the Product Operations Specialist will support the migration, landing, and ongoing operational execution of TikTok USDS Joint Venture corporate systems, partnering with Product Managers to drive cross-functional alignment, compliance, localization, and user-centered improvements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers to plan and execute end-to-end landing and migration of corporate systems, crafting detailed operational playbooks, deployment timelines, and change management strategies to minimize business disruption.
• Translate complex legal, regulatory, and data isolation requirements into standardized operational workflows; monitor on-ground compliance and relay gaps to Product Management and Engineering for iterative product improvements.
• Serve as a liaison among global information systems teams, TikTok JV, and R&D to align stakeholders and ensure global systems are localized and adopted.
• Represent TikTok JV internal users as the voice of the user, establish feedback loops, analyze pain points and performance data, and drive improvements in collaboration with the Product team.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures and training programs to scale system adoption, promote self-service tools, and implement data-driven operational workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in UX Design, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or IT Project Management, preferably within enterprise software, SaaS, or complex corporate systems.
• Proven track record supporting large-scale system migrations, product launches, or enterprise-wide digital transformations from an operational perspective.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams (PM, R&D, Legal, Compliance) and manage expectations in ambiguous situations.
• Strong ownership and resilience with a 0 to 1 mindset, capable of navigating complex organizational structures and delivering results independently.

Job Information

Base salary range for this role in San Jose, CA is USD 88,000 to USD 202,667 per year. Compensation may vary outside this range based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location. Base pay may be complemented by discretionary bonuses or incentives and restricted stock units as part of the total package. Benefits described above apply from day one, with adjustments possible as policies change.
